Working with Tristan has been a pleasant experience. At the beginning since I was in Florida I sent him houses that I liked so he became familiar with what I was looking for. Once in North Carolina he made appointments for houses that he thought I would like. After two weeks we found exactly what I was looking for. It couldn’t have been a pleasant journey without his patience, expertise, and kindness.

Selling your home is stressful enough. Now selling your home and moving your family across the country even more so. With the current housing frenzy, many families like us  were living with the stress of uncertainty of finding a home and planting roots.  By chance we met Tristan and we are so grateful. My husband and I have always dreamed of a house in the mountains and although we bought a house in Sanford after retiring from the military, we still searched Zillow for a perfect location and our dream home! We saw one house that we really wanted to go see but wasn’t in the mountains but thought it was worth the drive to see. I looked over the real estate agents under that listing and I called Tristan Willard. After our very first conversation, I knew that if we ever bought another house, he would be our Real Estate agent! He listened to everything that I said and had us an appointment to see that house the very next day! Tristan was at the house when we got there, well dressed, well mannered, and prepared with everything we needed to know about that house. Although the house wasn’t exactly what we were looking for, we were impressed by Tristan. He has since shown us several houses and never once told us “no”! We have been to the mountains with him several times and not one time did he make us feel that we had wasted his time! I am really picky and so far we haven’t found our dream home, but what we found in Tristan was more than our realtor, he has become a valued member of our family! He is  professional, fun 🤩, respectful, hard working, and I can promise you, NO ONE will work harder for you than he will! We had so much fun with him that we found ourselves wanting to look at more houses just to be with him!!!! I could say so much more about Tristan but I’ll just leave it with this; Call HIM, see for yourself, you will never call another agent!!!! You are gonna LOVE him and if he can’t find you something that you love, it won’t be because he doesn’t put everything into trying! You’ll see!!!!
