About Stephanie Montgomery
Stephanie’s interest in real estate was sparked by her upbringing on the West Coast and a life spent moving around the country. Eventually, she found her home in Surry County in 2015 and was captivated by the community and the offerings of North Carolina. With her real estate license in hand, she eagerly delved deeper into the field and took on the responsibility of serving on the board of directors for the Surry Regional Association of REALTORS, now holding the position of president.
In 2019, Stephanie and her family relocated just beyond the state line, prompting her to pursue a real estate license in Virginia as well. Her passion for real estate shines through, and she was honored with the prestigious title of 2022 REALTOR of the Year, an accolade bestowed upon her by her peers in the industry.
