About Megan Floyd
Originally from Toledo, Ohio, Megan moved to Winston Salem to become part of The Southern Luxe Realty family. She recently graduated from The University of Toledo with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Communication. This knowledge, coupled with her experience as an event coordinator, has provided her with valuable skills that she uses daily in the real estate industry.
Megan has worked as an event coordinator and as an executive assistant over 3 years and her coworkers often describe her as being very detail-oriented, proactive, and fun to be around. Her favorite part of her position is being able to assist amazing clients in their home-buying process and seeing their excitement when they find the one!
Even though sometimes she misses her hometown, Winston Salem has quickly become one of her favorite places. When Megan is not working, you can find her with friends and family, spending time outside or traveling!
